New Frontiers has a new pet roster, so 1.0 pets do not transfer directly. Premium pets become exclusive cosmetic mini-pets, and your collection is converted into eggs based on how many pets you owned. Claim them at the podiums near the shop in the Outpost.
Your cosmetics from Ruffnauts 1.0 carry over. Visit the podiums near the shop in the Outpost to claim them.
Your gold balance carries over as it stood when the update happened. Claim it at the podiums near the shop in the Outpost.
Players who played Ruffnauts 1.0 receive the exclusive Alpha OG Bundle. Redeem it at the podiums near the shop in the Outpost.
Check the Outpost podiums and make sure you are using your original Meta account. If items are still missing, contact support about migration. Include your Meta username, what is missing, your original account if different, and screenshots.
Refunds are handled by Meta. Follow Meta’s refund guidance; Meta determines eligibility and processes the request. If a purchase simply has not appeared, use the missing-purchase route below.
Check that you are signed in to the Meta account that made the purchase, then restart Ruffnauts. If it is still missing, submit a missing-purchase ticket. Include your Meta username, item or bundle, purchase date, and receipt or order reference if available. Our team can investigate and restore or grant a verified missing purchase.
Check the Meta account used for the purchase or for Ruffnauts 1.0. Share the current and original usernames privately with support when relevant. Do not share account passwords. Account transfers or restoration need investigation; they are not automatic.
Submit a player report with your Meta username, the reported player’s Meta username, what happened, the incident date and location, and any screenshot or video. An approximate time and time zone help us investigate. Keep private evidence in the ticket.
Submit a ban appeal. Select the game or Discord, give your Meta username and ban date, explain why you are appealing, and include the reason or reference shown if available. Discord appeals also need your Discord username. The team reviews appeals; submitting one does not guarantee reversal.
Start in the Ruffnauts Discord for community bug reports. If the report contains private account information or you cannot use Discord, submit a technical ticket. Include your headset, steps to reproduce, what you expected, what happened, and screenshots or a short video.
Close and reopen the game, check your internet connection, restart your headset, and check for game and headset updates. Check Discord for known issues. If it continues, contact technical support with your headset, error message, game version if known, and the steps you already tried.
Ruffnauts: New Frontiers is available on Meta Quest. Check the store listing for current compatibility and availability.

Share ideas in the official Ruffnauts Discord. For private feedback or if Discord is unavailable to you, contact support and select Feedback or suggestion.
Open your Meta profile and look for your exact @username. It may differ from your display name. Enter the username of the affected player, even if you are contacting us on their behalf. Never send a password or sign-in code.
Reply to the ticket’s confirmation email, or sign in and open My requests. Keep updates in the same conversation so your evidence stays together. You do not need to create another ticket.
Zendesk records your request and sends a confirmation to the email you provide. The support team reviews the details and may ask for more information. Reply in the same email thread. Check your spam folder if the confirmation does not arrive.
Attach files to your support ticket or provide a link the team can open. Keep the relevant username, item, date, and order reference visible when needed, and hide unrelated personal or payment details. Never include passwords, sign-in codes, or full card numbers.
Use the topic that matches your issue: missing purchase, missing migration items, player report, ban appeal, or technical issue. Refunds go to Meta; bugs, creator applications, and feedback start in Discord. For account help or another question, contact support.
